We are one block away from the beautiful Rocky Mountain Lake Park which you can walk around. We are also 7 blocks away from the beautiful Berkeley Park Lake & Tennyson St. This 1916 house has been renovated while still keeping it's character. It has a fully renovated master en-suite and master walk in robe & kitchen. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom is our sons room with a single bed and comes with many toys and books. The 4th bedroom is set up as a second living area with TV. But it does have a Ikea Sofa Bed that makes it into a queen sofa bed. There are stairs in our house. Stairs to get to the front door and then a flight of stairs to access the basement and 3 bedrooms down there. The laundry room is available in the basement and comes with a large washer & dryer. The house is fully heated. Our house has pretty much everything you need including children's toys, games & books. We can also provide a pack n play and high chair for you. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utencils, silverware, blender, instapot, nespresso coffee machine, coffee press, even a sandwich press. We have all linens and towels and blankets you would need to make your stay truly comfortable. The yard is very large and comes with an outdoor seating area with propane fire pit. There is even a fort for the kids to play in. The house has two TVs, one 60" Big Screen Smart TV in the living room. And a 48" Smart TV in the 2nd living room in the basement. We don't have cable at the property but we have so many of the apps available that you can watch news, weather & all your streaming services. Unfortunately, there is no off street parking available or garage. Guests will have no issues parking their cars on the street in front of the house. I keep my car parked on the street all year round and have never had any issues. This home has all your needs and more and will feel like your home while you are here. No Pets, No Smoking Allowed inside the home. Place is fully furnished and comes as is. Owner pays for all bills; including water, electricity, gas, wifi, snow removal, landscaping. There is no cable and cable can't be installed at the property. Guests can use the Smart TV. 6 Month Lease, owners are open to discuss dates. There is no garage, so only street parking available. However it is a very quiet friendly neighborhood street with always plenty of parking available. Please note there is an ADU in the backyard (as seen from the photos). The people staying the ADU have no access to the backyard and can only enter their small yard from the alleyway.
