Home can be used as a home office however should not result in extra traffic, noise, smell that contradicts with the neighborhood ambience. If there is criminal history we will consider how long ago the crime occurred, circumstances, and evidence of rehabilitation. A decision will based on the results of the online criminal history check. Owner pays HOA dues and 2x annual landscaping. Tenant pays first month's rent. Deposit equal to one month's rent to be returned after all utilities paid and home inspected upon move out.
