Outdoor amenities include pool loungers and access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. Located in Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, this villa offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's a short distance from attractions such as Warbird Air Museum, SeaWorld Orlando, Disney's Boardwalk, and Lakefront Park. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 19 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation, and up to two cars may park in front of the property in the street. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 am, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300.
