Harbor Club is a nice place to live and close to Honey Moon Island causeway and downtown Palm Harbor. My ground floor unit (2br,2 baths) includes up graded cabinets with under cabinet lighting , granite counter tops, fans in living room and both bedrooms, washer and dryer. and crown molding. Furniture in one bed room and dining table and chairs come with my unit but maybe be removed if new renter desires. Swimming pool and tennis court are between my unit and the club house. To move in renter must have first, last and security deposit plus pet fee and application fee. No felony conviction, Tenant must follow the Harbor Club rules and pay its application fee
