TO QUALIFY, applicants must have: *AT LEAST ONE MINOR DEPENDENT IN THE HOUSEHOLD *BE LOW-INCOME AS DEFINED BY SEATTLE HOUSING AUTHORITY. CHECK INCOME LIMITS HERE FOR 50% COLUMN: Vacancies are uncommon, with one occurring every 6-12 months. The application process is intensive and requires a credit check, criminal background check, and multiple verifications. Initial lease is 12 months, then afterwards you provide a 20-day notice to vacate. Security deposit is one month's rent, payable over four months.
