Bedrooms are each 102 sq ft (9'4 x 11). Laundry is also on the third floor. Deck at rear of the house has a view of the mountains in the distance and is a perfect spot to kick back and unwind! Rent is $800/month and includes utilities. Current tenants are a working professional and two college students. Would prefer female renter as all other tenants are currently female but willing to meet with all potential renters! There are also a Bernese mountain dog and a cat currently in residence!! We will consider your pets as well, assuming all animals get along, for a monthly fee to cover extra cleaning post-lease! Prefer to sign a one year lease but will discuss alternatives. Driveway has space for 4 cars. Street parking not allowed. Requests to add a pet will be discussed and require that any new pets get along well with existing pets! No smoking allowed inside the unit.
