Just purchased and although a bit original, owners are buying all new furniture, bedding, linens etc... will have pull out beds for guests that might visit, so extra sleeping will be available. Although walking on the board walk, the only one in Naples, is great exercise, there is a fitness room also. In the clubroom, there is a pool table, TV, bar area and is steps to the private pool.
