The entrance features a very large area for golf cart parking and a privacy wall at the front. As you enter the site you immediately notice how peaceful and private this location truly is. Mature landscaping including queen palms add to the enjoyment. There are separate & distinctive living and dining areas that give it a much bigger feel with plenty of lighting throughout. Once inside you can sit on the comfy outdoor living room furniture and enjoy watching TV while being warmed by the fireplace. Walk a little bit further and you are in the kitchen which boasts of lovely countertops, BBQ, side burner, sink and dishwasher. Two built in umbrellas are there to shade the chef. A glass top dining table is in the center of the property. Opposite side of the property from the kitchen is the laundry area. A cabinet houses the washer and dryer with folding counter on top. A gazebo covers the fire pit and sitting/tv area.
