The unit contains ample linens and the kitchen includes a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Included are 99 channels of Cox cable, HOA dues, water and sewer, and one assigned car port. I will consider allowing a dog or cat weighing approximately 15 lbs or less. A refundable security deposit is needed to reserve the condo. Only inquire if you have a clean background, are stable and have a good rental history and/or can provide rental references.
