Abundant natural light fills the living room and oversized bedroom. You'll have a large private patio with serene views of a wooded area with coyotes, rabbits, and lots of birds. A friendly family of four lives upstairs (newborn and toddler included) and they do not listen to loud music or have loud parties. Your ADU has a full kitchen (but no dishwasher) and you'll have your own washer and dryer in the shared basement. Small pets are welcome for an additional monthly fee. The ADU has AC and heat but is not dual zoned. Once we have reviewed your application, you can schedule an in-person viewing or tour via a video call. All viewings will need to be deconflicted in advance with current tenant. -Power, water, trash, landscaping, and wifi are included -First month's rent and refundable security deposit (equal to one month's rent) due at lease signing -Property is on septic so only toilet paper may be flushed -Small pets are allowed upon approval and with a $75/month pet fee and a $300 refundable pet deposit -Tenant has access to street parking only, due to the narrow driveway.
