The Owner has never lived in the Unit and has not rented it very often. The kitchen has new counter tops, stainless steal refrigerator and stainless steel stove. The carpets are also new and they are of a neutral color. The air-conditioner has just been replaced. The furniture is in very nice condition. The colors are cheerful. The artwork stays with the Unit. There is an interior washer/dryer. The second level view is of the golf course framed by big trees. It is really pretty as well as private.
