Room for rent. House comes available with washer and dryer, driveway, front and back yards, a tree swing, nice view of the ocean, and fully furnished shared living space only need furniture for individual spacious bedroom. Pretty lax on rules, but just be respectful and clean and no late night parties or smoking at least not in the house it hurts my lungs. Any other questions about certain rules feel free to ask.
