OPen floor plan and a very large bathroom. The building is immaculately maintained with thick walls so you don't hear your neighbours. Very friendly but private neighbours and maintenance is timely. Walking distance from BJC as well as restaurants in CWE. You don't need a car if you work at BJC. Tenant responsible for only electricity
