No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.) NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE OF ANY FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED - THIS INCLUDES HOUSING VOUCHERS. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities, pest control, and trash. The application fee is a nonrefundable $85 per person.
