IF approved, we require the first month rent, last month rent, one month security and one month pre-paid utility payment. Total move in cost is $40000 We do not supply washers dryers or refrigerators. One year lease to start with option to go on a month to month basis thereafter. Tenant is responsible for paying rent PLUS gas, electric and full water bill. We do NOT provide refrigerators, washers or dryers.
