It is on a very quite tree lined street with plenty of off street parking under cover with a .25 acre lot. The home is surrounded by single family homes on all sides so it is peaceful. There is also plenty of walk in storage under the unit for beds, furniture etc. You could hold over 50 bikes in there! There are motion lights in the front and back that come on for comfort. This is not an apartment like setting at all. This is only 2 units on a very large lot with palm trees and a picnic area in front of the home with a nice breeze that runs through the home. The average stay is over 5 years and you get the best school system in La Mesa with Rolando School. There are mostly homes on Judson Way and little rentals. This is for a 1 year lease and there will be a $10 fee per application to check credit and background. I personally manage these so you can always count on me to be there for whatever you need. Overall this is a very safe area and the street has very little traffic. There is plenty of room in the yard for the kids to play football, bikes and other games. Please no smokers or pets. The unit has heat yet no AC yet there is a whole house attic fan that brings in the cold air at night that is very cold. Most add the portable AC units You can also add AC units in the windows.... 2 units would cool most of the home. There is a very strong ocean breeze that comes through the unit.
