The end of our street runs into Wild Wood Canyon park which has hiking trails and epic views of the SF valley. Also in May the Starlight Bowl opens which is always a fun night of music. Saturdays there is a farmers market only a few blocks away. And the Burbank Airport is a quick 15 minutes away. The unit includes 2 Queen beds, full kitchen, and a loft that is a work/study area. There is a small semi-private patio with gas grill and gated/covered parking with two assigned parking spaces. There is also street parking. Laundry is In-Unit. We are subletting the full unit and will be working out of state for the duration of the sublet. The owners live nearby and have approved of the sublease. Owner pays for high speed internet, you are responsible for water, electricity and gas. There is no smoking. Lease starts April 01 through to August 31st. Personal items and boxes seen in photos will be removed before sublet. Small pets acceptable.
