The lease will start on July 1, 2025. It will be a 6-month lease, with the expected move out date be early to mid October. This is a fully furnished unit, with all needed appliances included. The owners are planning to move back into their unit by mid-October. The unit is currently occupied until June 30th, 2025. There is no smoking allowed inside of the unit. However, there is a balcony where you are able to smoke.
