This is an amazing house for a family, someone with lots of grandchildren, or people who like to entertain! Don't be fooled by the front view of the house! This is a spacious home! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Master and one upstairs bedroom have walk-in closets. The master fits a king-size bed. Other 2 can hold queens. Master bath has jetted tub and separate shower, and linen closet. All bedrooms have carpet. Another linen closet in the hallway which enters the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Garage entrance leads into utility room, which opens into small hallway with stairs to the basement and master suite door. The kitchen opens to the living/dining areas so that the cook can enjoy the family while preparing meals. The stove comes with an extra grill attachment which plugs into one of the two-burner units. Refrigerator has icemaker and filter. Off the kitchen, there is a small balcony/deck to enjoy the view of the mountains. The real gem of this house is the FULL BASEMENT. Every room except the bathroom has an outside light source! No dark and dank down here! Two downstairs bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet. Both will hold queen, with the larger one probably holding a king bed. Also downstairs, there is an office (no closet) which is quite spacious. This would make a wonderful craft room, too! The downstairs bathroom has a shower, no tub. Basement has a great-room with a nook and a wet-bar which includes the small sink, and a refrigerator with icemaker. The nook can hold a table with chairs for games or dining OR would make a great reading/library space. There is a small propane heater on one end that heats the downstairs very nicely if needed. The propane heater and both refrigerators stay with the house. The main downstairs room is a dream for both parents and teenagers/kids! HUGE open space! Ideal for a big screen TV and seating area. We also had a fold-up ping-pong table and often pushed the furniture back to play. We have set up card tables and had 30 people in there playing games (with part of the furniture moved out). Great space for kids to have their fun and room upstairs for adults to still be able to visit! The floor is wood-look laminate and with felt pads on the bottom, furniture is easy to scoot and move around to suit whatever is going on. There are French doors as a downstairs exit. They both swing open, so it makes it very easy to move furniture in/out. I cannot overstate how much we LOVED this basement! There is a utility closet downstairs which houses the heating unit and a PEX water system and also has a shelving unit to hold tools or odds and ends. Under the stairs is a storage closet which holds a lot more than you would think. Lots of room for Christmas decorations! This house sits on a 1 acre lot that is in city limits but it feels like it is in the country! It has city water and trash/recycling and other city services. There is even a fire hydrant on one of the front corners of the lot. Five minutes or so to town and school. This is an awesome house!
