Non-refundable pet deposit due prior to move-in or prior to obtaining a small pet approved by the landlord. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in the home. A walkthru of the home will be required prior to move out. Six month lease with a month to month option after lease period ends. A written notice of move out will be required one month prior to move-out. The deposit is not considered a portion of the last month's rent. The home and yard must be kept neat and free of debris. Items needing repair must be reported to the Landlord within 24 hours.
