This doesn't create a landlord tenant relationship, you will sign an inn keeper's lease as I am providing amenities and services such as WIFI, utilities, furnishings and housewares. You are responsible for your ongoing consumables such as toilet paper, soaps, paper towels etc. No events are allowed at the house and Quiet time is 10pm to 7am. Absolutely no smoking of any kind within the house including vaping. No pets on furniture. All pet waste is to be collected into exterior trash bins. Tenants are responsible to take out trash , recycling and green bin compost and bring them back in within 24 hours of trash day or when emptied by the city (whichever comes first). House must be kept in good condition and a housekeeper can be arranged for you on an ongoing basis and at additional cost.
