W/D in unit. Mini-splits to keep it comfortable year round. We are seeking a like-minded soul. Conscious communicator, kind, quiet. We are the yogi, meditating type. Clean food. Scent free. Quiet. We're often asleep by 9:30 and awake early. Ideally, you're on a similar schedule. Asleep by 10pm. You're upstairs. We're downstairs. That's why a similar schedule is ideal. Indoor kitty okay. This is an independent apartment with a private entrance but located on a 3-unit property so there is some overlap... We take care of the water and provide wi-fi and internet. You'll be responsible for gas & electric. No smoking. Thanks! We're open on lease terms. A year would be nice but we'll consider a shorter one for the right person. The unit is furnished now and can remain that way for an extra $100 a month. Plenty of free parking on the street directly in front of property.
