Recently remodeled townhouse-style apartment located within a 6-unit apartment building. The apartment includes cold water and trash removal however you would be responsible for the electricity, natural gas and any other services such as internet and satellite. If you decide that you would like an application, there are a couple things to note. First, we do not accept applicants with a prior eviction on their record. Secondly, you must be employed and your (combined net) income must be 2.5 times the rent. Finally, if you credit score is below 620, I require 2 months security deposit. If it's over 620, 1 months security deposit.
