It’s a 1987, but it is in very good shape. Needs the flooring redone. I was going to do it, but I just never have the time. It’s ready to live in and the appliances go with it. Except washer and dryer. Will need to be moved or I can arrange for it to stay on the property for an extra 7,000. Very quiet area. Few neighbors and your out in the woods away from everyone. Has 1 acre of property with another mobile home beside it that is mine, but isn’t for sale. I could put a privacy fence up for anyone wanting to leave it where it is.
