Just repainted. New carpet and LED light fixtures. Nearly new stove, fridge, kitchen faucet, bathroom storage cabinet. Nice and warm due to its proximity to the building's furnace. Wired for Internet! (There's a jack already installed for service by LARIAT, and you'll get a 25% discount off the usual rates -- making it less expensive than Qwest, Bresnan, or even the University's DSL).
