We have a huge backyard that is cleared and ready to hang out in. Tenant to pay utilities. $3500 security deposit and $500 additional security deposit for one dog. (No more than one dog.) Total for move-in w/o a pet would be first month's rent and security deposit = $7000. Total with a pet would be $7500.
