Hi, I am moving back to NC after my wife passed away and I will still have a few months left on my lease. This apartment is in an extremely quiet neighborhood near many stores and shops. You can't hear your neighbor's through the walls at all and the amenities are many and all great. Your apt would also be in the building nearest the pool/office/basketball/fitness center and would be only a 30 sec walk to all those amenities. There would be 2 and a half months left on the lease if you agreed to sub lease this apt. Lease ends May 29th. You would have the apt for that time at a steal of $936 a month. Water and trash add about $50 more a month. I have never paid $1,000 for this place. You would also be responsible for electricity and internet. Apartments are hard to find right now and you can't find any for under $1,000 base rent. Sublease this apt and you will be a position to secure it at the end of May for a very reasonable price.
