    Here is a property that checks all the boxes. The deer hunting has been great over the two generations the sellers have owned it. There is plenty of deer sign, including old rubs and scrapes from last year's rut as well as well-worn trails throughout the property. The turkey hunting is very good, as is evident by the five long beards that were next to the porch the day I took the photos, as well as the six jakes with them. You will also own the west shoreline of Caner Lakes, a series of lakes stretching north and south on the west border. Owning the shoreline gives you unimpeded access to the lakes for great duck and goose hunting. These lakes are tucked in the timber with a very good duck and goose population, especially wood ducks and mallards. A beaver dam to the north creates a natural funnel for the deer traffic in several spots providing great stand locations. There is also an abundance of large oaks on the property, providing great mast in the fall. There is also a large food plot area right at the cabin. There is also a trail system leading to all the critical hunting areas. The cabin is very roomy inside with a well, septic and power. There is a large living room/dining area and full kitchen w appliances. The sleeping area is a large loft on the second floor that can sleep 6-8 comfortably.
