A masterfully redesigned Modern Rustic Kahala home by Honolulu designer Jamie Jackson. This was a down to the studs renovation with a reconfigured floor space and soaring ceilings which perfectly captured a sense of spaciousness, views of Diamond Head and create a sanctuary for enjoying family life and entertaining. A blend of clean lines and gorgeous metallic grey, steel, and bronze elements, softened with reclaimed wood cabinet fronts and warm wood floors that bring an industrial modern feel with a soothing wood compliment. Multiple grand spaces all flow from the main kitchen/family room for a sense of connectedness throughout. A Large passthrough window and oversized sliders connect you to the outdoor pool area, where relaxing poolside gives you that resort feel. There is an incredible sense of privacy and space with the mature foliage from this fully walled corner property. The master bathroom was redesigned with recycled glass, oak cabinets and porcelain tiles evoking that island feel. 72 owned PV panels allows for the ultimate in energy efficiency and it's own "maid's quarters" with a separate entry is perfect for care help or guests.
