Studio renters have no access to the house or backyard its completely blocked off by fence. All city fines are responsibility of renter ( if any) . All damages to the property are responsibility of renter, or will be deducted from security deposit at the time of exit. You sign for a 6 months stay and then month to month basis. A 30 day written notice is required when leaving property. A 30 day letter will be issued when asked to vacate the property. House rules must be agreed upon before entrance.
