Nothing can be stored or kept outside of cabin KITCHEN. Cabin DOES NOT have a full kitchen. No stove/range SEPTIC. NO food or debris is to be put into bathroom sink, toilet, or shower. The cost to repair any impacts caused by this will be the responsibility of the tenant MAIL. No can be received at this address. Tenant will need a PO Box or other means of receiving mail GARBAGE. No garbage service is provided. Free disposal is available nearby SNOW. There WILL BE snow in the driveway. It will be plowed periodically PETS. NO TENANT PETS ARE ALLOWED. There is 1 dog that roams the common areas, including around the cabin. Tenant understands this and has no objection to it NOISE. Excessive noise is not permitted anytime. Any noise that could be heard outside the cabin is not permitted after 9:00 pm or before 8:00 am NO SMOKING.
