Deposit and first months rent are due when the lease is signed. Does not have central A/C but window units will quickly cool it down in the summertime. We do run background checks on all tenants. The area is in a quiet neighborhood where kids are often outside playing. There is a small grass area, but not a large yard. Also, not included in the photos are the basement room that is carpeted and the 2 car garage! Tenant is responsible for all utilities including gas, electric and water (city water so trash is included)
