The living area ceiling fan is usually all you will need for this area, but the window air conditioner is great for summertime and for those who like a cooler temperature. (If you're not familiar with Kaneohe, it is the lusher, breezier, and rainier side of the island!) Carpet and black-out draperies are brand new! Unit has also been recently painted. This studio has no asbestos. The enclosed private courtyard is the secured entrance to your unit. It has a table and chairs to relax or eat outdoors. You may add plants if you like.
