Hello future tenants, starting March 1st, we are renting our beautiful Mid Century Modern two story Victorian house, renovated in 2020. The house contains a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a bedroom, bathroom and walk in closest downstairs. There is hardwood flooring throughout the house, with the exception of the two tile floor bathrooms. Directly outside of the kitchen, there is a large deck with a spiral staircase leading down to the backyard. There is also a door downstairs (in the 3rd bedroom) that allows access to the backyard. The front and backyard are nicely landscaped, thanks to our gardener who comes by every two weeks to maintain it. Last but not least, we have a spacious two car garage with washer and dryer and additional room for storage. The house is located within minutes from freeways 280 and 101, with major bus stops and bicycle paths. It is a 5 minute drive from Dolores park and a 6 minute from Noe Valley Recreation Center and tennis courts. Mitchell's Ice cream, Blue Plate and Uma Casa are few neighborhood favorites all less than a 10 minute walk from the house. We love this home and hope you do too. Water gas and electric are not included in the rent. There are no pets allowed and no smoking please.
