There is no off street parking with this apt but with a parking permit from Weehawken, tenants will not be ticketed. Weehawken will provide a parking permit for your car plus 2 guest passes. There is no alternate side of the street parking. (You do not have to move your car from one side to the other for street cleaning.) Tenant pays all utilities, gas, electric, a/c, heat and hot water, utilities will cost between $100-$200 per month depending upon use. No smoking, please. One cat is ok, no dogs please. All applicants should have good credit (700) and verifiable income. There is a realtor fee due of $1800 due at lease signing.
