Most closely adjacent the community park, build up by TollBrother in 2017, 4 out 5 rooms has either park view or city/park views. The house has lots of upgrades inside and added extra balcony. It was priced above $2.2 million, which is reasonable price until the early the May. It is now severely underpriced. With no $/sf significant changes of all near neighbors house prices, this house's price was abruptly priced down $600,000 from above $2 millions in one day (now is $1,469,144) . The unit price has dropped from $600/sf to $400/sf around in one day. Actually, one of the neighbor's listing house (about 10 houses away on the adjacent street Pera street) has been priced up about $500,000 in the same short time period. It is much small sf than my house but priced at $2 millions. As house owner, I am largely disturbed for such changes. I called your customer services three times and left messages to discuss the issues but no one called me back yet. I expect that either Zillow adjust my house to a reasonable price or eliminate my house pricing from your website - zillow.com. Please do the investigation why this happens and I like to support your work by phone or on site (to my house). I really expect that Zestimate has true values for all customers.
