This is one of the nicest and roomiest manufactured homes that I have seen. It is immaculate with an open concept, new porch, painting, cleaning and landscaping. The huge living area has a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom/bath/closet is huge and a split design. Views are nice and it is located less than 5 miles to Cullowhee and WCU and convenient to Cashiers. One could walk to fish in the beautiful Tuckasegee River. Drive-bys are discouraged because of narrow passing on the road, which has some rough spots and deep ditches. Remaining furnishings are negotiable.
