The kitchen was recently remodeled and it now has a dishwasher. The bedroom is secluded at the back of the unit and has a view of the mature garden in the backyard. There is new tile flooring throughout the unit and the inside and outside of the house were recently painted as well. There is a washer and dryer in the garage exclusively for the in-law unit. The garage storage, an extra half-bathroom, and the backyard are shared spaces with the upstairs tenant. The in-law unit uses street parking.
