Applicants must have proof of stable employment and credit score of at least 650. No exceptions. $1600 + $1000 security deposit (+$200 pet deposit if applicable) due at signing. Owner pays for gas, water, trash & wifi. Tenant pays for electricity. Tenant is responsible for consistently keeping the front and side yards free of weeds, debris & trash. No art, political signs, or sports signs are allowed in the windows facing outward, on the exterior of the house, or in the yard. Tenant will have a access to a one car garage and two off-street parking spaces. Maximum of three vehicles allowed. Vehicle that are temporarily not operating are only allowed in the garage, not in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property: no cigarettes or cigars allowed indoors or out. Any unauthorized pets or animals that prove to be consistently problematic to the neighbors or the upkeep of the property will be grounds for termination of lease. Landlords will sign a 3-month lease, from Oct. 1, 2025 -Dec. 31, 2025. After 90 days, the lease will go to month-to-month with a 30-day notice required for either party to terminate.
