No Roommates or Subletting allowed Do not put grease down the sink. We will change your furnace and AC filters every 3 months. We provide HVAC checkup twice a year Keep the outside of your house neat and tidy. We are providing lawn service and gutter cleaning. We do NOT provide pest control. Please be aware of your house and your cleanliness to keep out pests. Please only throw natural stuff (Toilet Paper) down the toilet; paper towels, sanitary napkins, and diapers should go in the trash. Please do not paint the inside or outside of the house, you will lose your deposit. Please do not change the locks on the doors Please give us 6o days notice if you are to move. We will usually return your deposit when you move, but do not leave us with garbage. We will deduct money based on what it costs us to remove. We do not pay for broken glass, so if you are locked out please call us. We have a spare key. Please obtain renters insurance. Accidents can happen in a snap. Failure to comply with the above rules, will cost you your security deposit. Please transfer ALL utilities (Gas, Water, Electric) in your name immediately unless told otherwise. This Agreement is on a month to month basis. Renter and Owner will give at least 60 days notice before termination of agreement. Please note that if you are behind on rent this agreement is null and void. We as owners have the right to terminate this rental agreement.
