It has just been painted and some upgrades made to the unit. Plenty of parking on the street but if you desire a parking space they have them for you at an additional cost. If rent is paid on time at the 1st of the month rent will be $2000.00. On the second of the month the rent will be $2100.00. After the 5th of the month there will be additional late fees included for the month. We are open to a 3 month- 1 year rental.
