Woods surrounds all of Willow Mist so the property is very private. Office open from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Office is on the property as well. Property privately owned by a small family for over 40 years! On call maintenance team on property Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Emergency on call maintenance team for emergencies 24/7. Many amenities on property. We have an outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, and a dog park! We also just repaved our roads and replaced our dumpster compactor with a brand new one! Resident is responsible for all utilities. Willow Mist supplies trash and lawn care services. We have a dumpster and recycling bin located on property for our residents. Rent is due from the 1st-3rd of every month and is considered late after 9:00 am on the 4th.
