She is disciplined and focused in her studies full time. The second housemate is a male 42 y/o professional who works Monday - Friday in Aerospace Engineering. He lives in the master bedroom and his teenage daughter spends some weekends with him. Both expect to be treated with the same level of respect and honor that they will offer you. For your ease of mind, background checks are available upon request. Renter is responsible to adhering to HOA guidelines/rules and to house etiquette. No parties, no drugs, and no frequent sleepovers are allowed. Both attached garages are occupied, if you have a car there is street parking available and guest on-site parking just steps away from the house that can be used 10 days per month (per HOA parking regulations).
