Located across from the Horsetooth mountain open space trailhead, this cozy house will give you plenty of access to the reservoir and surrounding public space: mtn biking, hiking, climbing. Deer and rabbits live in the yard. Scenic and private mountain living, but close to town. Optionally mostly furnished (included in price). Non smoking. Lots of parking (2 car carport, separate 3-car parking lot, 2 community parking stickers). Storage space in shed. Utilities not included. Pets welcome, but be aware that it is not fully fenced in, is near a road, and there are lots of wild animals here. Optionally mostly furnished (no extra cost, happy to discuss details). We get almost no cell service here. I comfortably use google fi over wifi, and many iPhone features also work over wifi (imessages, facetime video/audio). My partner and I both work remotely from this house without problems. I'm using the Zillow rental system to screen applicants, but feel free to reach out and tour the property first. I'm looking for 3x rent household income.
