The resort has a Marina that is hooked onto Laughery creek which leads out to the Ohio River. Rent and store your boat at the dock (or store your boat in your driveway next to the cabin). The campground also has a pond for fishing. This is a family fun resort and a great place to meet new friends. There are no other homes for sale in the campground at this time. For the right buyer, we would consider a cash down payment with the balance paid in full within one year.
