We are moving into a house so renting out our much loved, beautiful condo. Please email and let us know if you'd like to set up a time to come see it. Condo is available April 14th and prefer a move-in before May 1. The Unit: 1-bedroom, 881 sq ft with large balcony overlooking Four Mile Run creek. Unit is on 10th Floor so beautiful views. Cherry Floors throughout, recently updated kitchen (white cabinets, new appliances), recently updated bathroom with double vanity. The large bedroom has two very large closets and a 12-foot long hallway that separates the bedroom from dining room also has 2 large closets so there is TONS of closet space. Both the living room and bedroom have floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors so the natural light is amazing. All utilities are included, even basic cable. You would just need to pay for Internet. The building: 12-floor high-rise with great amenities. The pool is by far one of the best in Arlington. Plenty of room to swim laps and there's even a separate pool for little kids. There are 2 tennis courts, a gym (large space, some of the equipment is older but it's there and works), brand new saunas in the gym. Elevators and lobbies also just updated. There is also a rec room and party room which are newly renovated. Convenience store in building. Parking: 2 spots are included in the rent in the building's lot. People are usually renting garage spaces out for about $75/month. The neighborhood: Right off Columbia Pike and all that has to offer. Also, right on both the W&OD and Four Mile Run trails so great so biking, running, walking. 3 amazing dog parks in short walking distance. Shirlington Village is just over a mile down the trails. Transportation: Building has a shuttle that runs to the metro during the week during rush hour (takes SmartTrip). Also about a 2 minute walk to major bus routes on Columbia Pike. When I worked downtown, I could either take the bus to the Pentagon, Pentagon City or Crystal City metros (about 10 min ride) or there's a direct bus that goes straight downtown to Farragut Square and McPherson Square. Pets: Pets are welcome. Unfortunately, the building has a 1 pet rule and a weight limit on dogs (about 30 pounds but you might be able to get away with a little heavier) The downside: Washer and dryers aren't allowed in the units, but there are 4 washers and 4 dryers on every floor. I've lived here over 5 years and have maybe only ever had to wait for a machine 3 times. Please let us know if you're interested in setting up a time to see it.
