The condo unit: Large 2 Bedroom, 1 bath (1084 sq. ft plus a balcony), 10th floor view, floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms and living room, good storage space, separate dining room, refinished parquet wood floors throughout, renovated kitchen (fridge and stove have been replaced since some of the pictures were taken) and bathroom with granite countertops, cherry cabinets, gorgeous tile. Both bedrooms are approximately the same size, can comfortably accommodate queen or king bedroom sets, have large closets (one room has a closet with mirrored doors stretching along one entire wall, the other has a small walk-in closet). One of the rooms is also connected to the balcony, while the other has a juliet balcony (can't walk out). Several laundry rooms on each floor of the building (one is just across the hall from my unit), convenient trash chutes and mail chutes on each floor as well. The building also has a large outdoor pool, gym, party room, tennis courts, resident open permit parking for 2 cars as well as ample guest parking (by permit). The area: Located conveniently along revitalized Columbia Pike close to everything in Arlington: 1+ miles to all the fun in Shirlington, 1.5 miles to Rt. 50/arlington blvd or bailey's crossroads shopping center, 2.8 miles to the ballston metro stop (orange line), about 3 miles to I-66, the pentagon (blue and yellow line), or I-395, 3.5 miles to seven corners, the pentagon city mall, or costco, and 4-6miles to annandale or king street metro (blue line) in old town alexandria. Very easy to catch numerous metro and ART buses, including express buses to the pentagon. The area is also extremely friendly to runners and bikers, with the W&OD trail running right behind the complex. What I'm looking for: Professional, responsible tenant(s) who will take care of my property for a minimum of 1 year or a multiple year lease. Credit check will be performed with application fee; refunded to you if approved. Rental terms: $1950 for a one year lease includes parking for 2 vehicles and ALL utilities (water, sewer, gas, electric, condo amenities) except cable, internet, phone, which are the tenants' responsibilities. $1900/month for lease terms 2 years or more.
