The term will be 12 months from the new start date (Sep or Oct ) Felixable about the move-in date 1). The apartment is a cute one bedroom with 1 bathroom. It gets lots of light on the top floor of the apartment building and a nice view of West Philly/University City. It is across Clark park. Close to Baltimore Ave and 46th street light rail station which is super convenient to the center city. Cats are encouraged. surrounded by good restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Requirements -$50 non-refundable application fee - minimum 625 credit score with no prior evictions (If you do not have a reported score (N/A), proof of attendance to a local university can be used to circumvent the required credit score) -The first month, last month, and one-month security deposit to move in. (First month prorated to # of days left in the month) -Proof of income (net approx. 3x rent/month) -Co-signers/guarantors allowed on an approval basis (If you do not have the required score, after reviewing the contents of your screening report and proof of income, we may be able to provide other options.) Move-in Costs: -Security deposit equal to one month's rent ($825) -First month's rent ($825 or (# of days left in the month pro-rated to 30 days)) -Last month's rent ($825) -Insurance charges for the first month ($12.50) due upon lease signing Rent and insurance charges will recur monthly thereafter.
