    I have 3 bedrooms + 1 bath in a house for rent! I will living in the fourth room and im looking for a group of 3-4 young woman to live with me. I am 21, I have just graduated from UCSC and I will be working full time here in LB. The property is located by the traffic circle across from Krispy Kreme and is about 5-10 minutes away from campus. There's a shuttle across the street if you don't drive. Ralph's, Vons, Panda Express, Hiccups, in n out, Einstein's bagels, coffee bean, and chipotle all within walking distance! Plenty of street parking. Huge backyard, redoing it to include a fire pit & a beer pong table/lounge area. Not planning on turning it into a party house by any means but it's there for us to use. *Existing furniture will not be in the house upon move in!* 3-4 people. 1 shared room and 2 private rooms, all rooms can be private if wanted. Strictly females in this house please. Security deposit is $3,00 and the year-lease begins July 1st! Utilities (water, electricity, trash & wifi) are ~$20/month very rough estimate and could be cheaper. I will cover some of the utility bills! Also depends on how many people will be living here.
