This is a beautiful co-living home in a quiet neighborhood off of N 49th and Hampton. The rent for this private room includes EVERYTHING, even High Speed Internet, Laundry at no extra cost, and twice monthly cleaning! We even provide paper towel and toilet paper at the start of every month. All utilities are also included. If you use the bus, this property has easy access to MCTS RTE 11. The rooms comes fully furnishes, or furnish it yourself and get a small discount on your rent, we just ask that you agree to stay for 1 year minimum if you're wanting to furnish it yourself. We do offer some "add-on" options too such as off street parking, and TVs for the rooms too. This housing is for single adults only as it is a co-living home. Must have stable income. Call, text, or DM for more info. The rent is month to month, and we will divide your total monthly rent across all of your paychecks for the month in order to make it easier for you. We do prefer long term residents, and although not required, we do ask that all residents stay for a minimum of a year. There is a one-time $350 community fee due to move-in. It is non-refundable, however no security deposit is charged, and $350 is quite a bit less money up front than you'd need to have if we charged a security deposit. In person showings are required prior to being approved to move in. It is a requirement that all payments are made online using our online payment app. You'll get automatic receipts each time you make a payment to us.
